1. Introduction to Kleindienst Group, The Heart of Europe and Buddha-Bar Hotel

Kleindienst Group is the visionary master developer behind The Heart of Europe— a one-of-a kind destination set across six manmade islands on Dubai's iconic World Islands. With over four decades of innovation and sustainability leadership, Kleindienst Group has redefined the hospitality and luxury real estate landscape, blending European heritage with bold environmental thinking and future-forward design.

Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas represents a new chapter in this evolution. With brand roots in one of the world's most iconic lounge-bar-restaurant concepts, Buddha-Bar Hotel brings a globally recognizable name and aesthetic. Now, the opportunity is to reimagine and elevate that identity into a fully immersive, guest-experience-led hospitality expression, rooted in lifestyle, sensorial design, and 360° brand engagement - all within the context of The Heart of Europe.

2. Project Background

The Buddha-Bar brand is synonymous with signature music, theatrical interiors, and an East meets-West sensibility that has captivated audiences since its founding. With previous hospitality extensions such as Buddha-Bar Hotel in Prague, the brand has already made inroads into the hotel space.

Now, within The Heart of Europe, we have the opportunity to elevate the Buddha-Bar Hotel brand to new heights. Located on Main Europe Island, with Floating Villas flanking the adjacent Honeymoon Island, the destination will offer premium lifestyle stays. This is a bold evolution into a fully immersive hospitality experience tailored for a new generation of global travelers. It's also a chance to unlock the Buddha-Bar Hotel brand's full potential through design, storytelling, and sensorial experience — all within one of the most visionary destinations in the world.

It's important to note that we are not building a new brand. We are translating and revitalizing an existing global brand into a world-class hospitality destination - one that captures the soul of Buddha-Bar in a new and future-forward location: The Heart of Europe.

3. Project Objectives

3.1. Define and codify a cohesive guest experience journey, with memorable touchpoints that reflect a clear Buddha-Bar Hotel guest philosophy – beyond F&B, décor, visual motifs and music playlists.

3.2. Establish clear and codified rituals, touchpoints, sensory signatures, and signature experiences across the full hospitality environment.

3.3. Develop the Sales Launch brand toolkit inclusive of brochure, factsheet, and digital assets (defined fully in Scope of Work below)

4. Scope of Work and Deliverables

The appointed agency will be expected to deliver both a strategic guest experience framework and tangible marketing and sales tools to support the launch of Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas. These include:

4.1 Guest Experience and Guest Journey Codification

  • - Define the hospitality philosophy for Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas (beyond F&B, décor, visual motifs and playlists)
  • - Develop a guest journey map aligned with brand tone, rituals, and mood transitions (arrival, stay, F&B, wellness, night/day) and experience principles for future hotel programming - Notional brand applications - in-room kits, welcome collaterals, uniforms+

4.2 Sales & Marketing Collateral

  • - Brochure Development - content: graphic elements, imagery (hero image x 1, lifestyle x 10, F&B x 5) and copywriting
  • - Final artwork and content in a print-ready file
  • - Factsheet - design + copy
  • - Digital assets – email signature, RSVPs, website landing page
  • - Short-form video development - 3 teaser videos and 1 launch video
  • - Venue collateral – media wall, signage, wayfinding on-site branding
  • - Templates for floorplans, presentations and social media

5. Timeline

5.1. Proposal submission deadline: August 8, 2025

6. Budget Guidelines

All information contained in this RFP is confidential and intended solely for the recipient. By accepting this RFP, the recipient agrees not to disclose any information contained herein to third parties without prior written consent from The Heart of Europe.

Ownership of Creative Assets

All creative materials, guest journey frameworks, concepts, and toolkits developed in the course of this project will be the sole property of The Heart of Europe upon completion and full payment. The appointed agency agrees to transfer all rights and source files upon delivery.
